While it's not on the front-page, the genocide in Darfur, western Sudan, continues: 400-thousand people are dead, two-million have been violently displaced, and two-thousand villages have been destroyed. Rapes and other physical attacks still occur regularly--and large-scale food shortages may be just around the corner.
